One way to develop a consistent voice is through the identification of features and benefits of various programs and services that are unique, valuable, and important to our prospective students as well as our current students. By taking time to identify these features and then explaining the benefit and capabilities of those programs and services, it will give our prospective students a clear picture of our university and allow them to compare and evaluate IPFW. It will also help your department/program gain perspective on what is most important to you—and, you will speak in a clear consistent way.
